Thank you for shopping with us! Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process, so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 Business days, Sunday Thru Thursday. 

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Friday & Saturday Will Ship On Mondays. Holiday Orders Will Ship Next Non-Weekend Day. 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you of any significant delays via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the USA


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
